LEFT OUTSIDE ALONE - (ANASTACIA)

"LEFT OUTSIDE ALONE"

Muchas gracias a mis compañeros: Christine Torelló (Vocalista), Pedro Sabater (Guitarra) y Andrés Palencia (Bajo).

"LEFT OUTSIDE ALONE"

18.- We go with the accompaniment to the drums of the song "sprock" "LEFT OUTSIDE ALONE" by the North American singer known artistically as "ANASTACIA".

Anastacia Lyn Newkirk was born in Chicago, Illinois on 9/17/68, her father a nightclub singer and her mother a Broadway dancer. Her father suffered from bipolar disorder and abandoned her when she was little, growing up with her mother and her siblings. In 1998 she appeared in a television musical contest in the United States and although she did not win it catapulted her to fame. Michael Jackson himself, when he saw her, called her to congratulate her on her, encourage her to continue in the world of music and proposed that he sign her for her record label at Sony. The following year she made her discographic debut with the album "Not That Kind" and she was not mistaken, Michael because today the artist has managed to sell more than 40 million records worldwide.

Anastacia has a deep, very personal voice and is characterized by having a torn or broken nasal voice timbre with a wide vocal range and great strength. She has been compared to the voice of Tina Turner, a very soul style voice with funk, rock and blues influences. She is actually known as "The Blonde Black" (the blonde with a black voice). The singer herself registered in 2004 her own musical style as "SPROCK", that is to say a mixture between Soul, Pop and Rock, that is why she is known as the "Queen of Sprock".

The song "Left outside alone" was written by Anastacia with Dallas Austin and Glenn Ballard; and tells of the singer's difficult relationship with her father. The song was included in the artist's third studio album with the same name "ANASTACIA", published in 2004 and was also published as a single album, being a great critical and commercial success, selling more than 21 million. of copies around the world and reaching the first position in the United States, Australia and in several European countries such as Spain, Italy, Austria and Switzerland; the second in Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands and Norway; and the third in the United Kingdom and Hungary, among others. Also in the US it reached the first position in the "Hot Dance Single Sales" of the dance charts.

In addition to the video of the drums, I later added a version played live with my pop-rock band LUBALLY ROAD on 02/16/19. Many thanks to my colleagues: Christine Torelló (Vocalist), Pedro Sabater (Guitar) and Andrés Palencia (Bass).

All my life I've been waiting For you to bring a fairy tale my way Been living in a fantasy without meaning It's not okay I don't feel save. Left broken empty in despair Wanna breath can't find air Thought you were sent from up above But you and me never had love So much more I have to say Help me find a way. And I wonder if you know How it really feels To be left outside alone When it's cold out here Well maybe you should know Just how it feels To be left outside alone (x 2). All my life I've been waiting For you to bring a fairy tale my way Been living in a fantasy without meaning It's not okay I don't feel save I need to pray. Why do you play me like a game? Always someone else to blame Careless, helpless little man Someday you might understand There's not much more to say But I hope you find a way. Still I wonder if you know How it really feels To be left outside alone When it's cold out here Well maybe you should know Just how it feels To be left outside alone (x 2)
I'll tell you. All my life I've been waiting For you to bring a fairy tale my way Been living in a fantasy without meaning It's not okay I don't feel save I need to pray: Heavenly Father (heavenly father) Please (please) Save me (save me). And I wonder if you know How it really feels To be left outside alone When it's cold out here Well maybe you should know Just how it feels To be left outside alone (x 2). All my life I've been waiting For you to bring a fairy tale my way Been living in a fantasy without meaning It's not okay I don't fell save I need to pray

PARANOID - (BLACK SABBATH)

"PARANOID"

Thus, in 2005 the band was included in the Rock Hall of Fame.

The album PARANOID was the second of the band and in principle it was going to be called "War Pigs" for the song with the same name that criticized the war in Vietnam but Warner Bros changed the title to "Paranoid" for fear that there would be reprisals for part of the supporters of the war. Finally, the album achieved 4 platinum certifications, selling more than 75 million records and the song with the same title was published as a single in September 1970, reaching number 4 in the British charts, number 1 in Germany and number 2 in the Netherlands, Switzerland and Belgium. Rolling Stone magazine ranked this song at number 250 on its list of the 500 best songs. Finished with my woman 'cause she couldn't help me with my mind

people think i'm insane because i am frowning all the time.

All day long i think of things but nothing seems to satisfy

think i'll lose my mind if i don't find something to pacify

Can you help me! occupy my brain!? Oh yeah!

I need someone to show me the things in life that i can't find

i can't see the things that make true happiness, i must be blind.

Make a joke and i will sigh and you will laugh and i will cry

happiness i cannot feel and love to me us so unreal.

And so as you hear these words telling you now of my state

i tell you to enjoy life i wish i could but it's too late.
